I think it's a paddock stand, made by someone who thought chewing welding rods and spitting them through a candle flame at an old DT50 frame would be a good idea.

i thought that, but theres a bar between the 2 lift points... or maybe it IS actually a paddock stand that never worked.......................... thank god.
