Hi
Has anyone fitted the ego tech levers to an 821 and had any problems?

Reason being, I've fitted them to mine and while the brake is great, if you adjust the clutch lever you lose the ability to find neutral with the engine running. I'm guessing it's a simple as clutch adjustment? And if so ... Which way? Turn the adjustment wheel towards you (sat on bike) or away?

Thanks for any advice

welcome mate.:D
If you search the forum I think there is a few posts about new levers causing problems.
I have a 796 and when I bought new levers I had to adjust the brass cup screw to get it set right.
Don't know if you have one of those?
Good luck!

Hey SimonM, I've got an 821 with Evotech (short) levers installed.

I've been living with that problem for months (bought the bike and installed in April) and no matter how I adjust the clutch or the screws the problem still persists. Only when I reset the lever position back stock then neutral is easily achieved.

I asked on the forum here too: http://www.ukmonster.co.uk/monster/showthread.php?t=51858

I resort to slipping into neutral just before stopping.
