Hehe, another question!

Is it possible to bend (very gently) the banjo end of a brake line? ie, could a straight one be bent to have a kink in it like the one attached to the master cylinder on a monster without it clamping the hole inside?

John,
I wouldnt risk it trying it. Even if you got away with bending it slightly it could leave the metal seriously weakened and at risk from snapping off later on.

It costs peanuts (less than £20 a line if you shop around) to get braided steel lines made up, and you can select the exact banjo ends you need.

Better safe than sorry :burnout:

Ok, cool, better not risk it with me brakes, have to slow down once in a while :burnout:

Cheers, I'll get me shopping hat on!

If two shops are vying for the business with a price war, would it be Duelling Banjos??

A couple of months ago I got me some steel brake hoses from Busters, Basterds sent me the wrong bango ends, both ends were wrong, and one hose was too long. this is not the first time Busters has got it wrong!
