Feature this month on the early Monster 900's

I don't normally buy bike magazines these days but a mate at work told me about this feature so thought it was worth getting.

It's actually an ok read despite a few inaccuracies and things that perhaps only an owner (read anorak) would notice as being wrong such as a later type side stand fitted to an early bike resulting in them commenting on it being awkward to use.

Overall they (obviously) think they are great bikes and everyone should go an buy one now before the prices go silly!!

I wouldn't disagree. A few more years and you will have a collectors item.

Just got a copy today, not a bad read. PS is one of the few bike mags that I don't mind reading now and again and Alan Seeley is a bit of a Ducati nut too so he always has something interesting in the project/workshop sections. Check out his lovely 851/888 special.

There's also an interesting snippet and some pics of a CBR400RR engined mobility scooter that some madman has put together!
