Not that it's that important, but it would be handy if I could set the time on my "002 M900ie.
I followed the procedure in the handbook but to no avail, which is strange because it worked before . Since it last was resettable ,the ecu has been reprogrammed ( mobilizer disabled and performance mapping ) and I took off the instrument panel to fix the mountings, could any of these cause the lack of response to holding down button A for more than two seconds ?
All other functions seem to work, trip reset and switching between clock and oil temp, alarm light flashes when ignition is switched off ,but I don't remember the alarm light being on steady with ignition on but motor not running before I had the instrument pod off. As soon as the motor starts the light goes off.
Any suggestions , I know ,I don't need a clock really, just handy on my way to work to let me know if I need to get a move on.

I know nothing about immobilizers, alarms and ECUs.

My country boy approach would be to see what time it says when you re-connect the battery...........And re-connect it at that time...:wallace:
