Pic taken on my recent run over to the NW200. Maybe it's me getting old, however I'm getting tired of the noise from my Termi's, they are straight through "race only" and seriously loud. I set off at 04.30 to make the ferry over, neighbours were not amused........

Anyway, been thinking about something quieter and more modern looking. I seem to remember a S4RS being fitted with an underslung "GP" style exhaust.

I've had a quick browse online without any luck - any suggestions?

Thanks Kato, that's exactly the pic I was thinking of.

Rancid Badger - did the silencer attached directly to the OEM headers? Was it originally designed for a Monster or for another bike/any bodging involved??

probably won't fit S4 without work, it goes on the Cat on single sided swinger bikes

Rancid Badger hasn't posted on here since 2010 so I doubt you'll get a reply

and as Slob said it's designed to fit directly onto the S4R's CAT, which the S4 doesn't have installed

However........there was a de-cat kit for that bike would that work??????

...as long as it cleared the swingarm

Yep, if you look at the second pic of the S4RS the swingarm is going to be the issue.

Maybe custom fit earplugs are the answer - my off the shelf squidgy ones just don't cut it with the Termi's:chuckle:

I have low level; ternis on my S4 but always fancied some chrome shorty reverse cone megas like on old brit bikes on the end ,would only cost £70 a pair , might give it a try one day , when i have a job and some money again .
