Nope, EVO are different I'm afraid. I can get them if you're interested thought :) the toe pegs are rubber sleeved, you can see the two sleeves in the picture. They're also available with flip up footrest and toe pegs.

Must admit, I have been saving up for a set of Sato ones

http://www.satoracing.com/rearsets_ducati_monster1100evo.htm

Not cheap but they do look wicked and the desiegn allows you to go race shift .

Yes they look nice, but once imported with duties you could buy 2 of mine.. Race shift can be had with these too. Just turn the engine end of the pushrod 180 ;) also not sure if you're bothered by it but the sato do not have provision for a passenger..

Which is double than these and then some. Not sure I would spend that much on something which is likely to be the first casualty in a spill. Still.. PM sent re EVO rearset

I've got a set of pompone's on my S2R1000 in black and silver, and very nice they are too. I had one issue with no anchor for the rear brake master spring as there is no facility for that and I've changed the heels plates for some 'Rizoma-a-like' carbon ones. But overall they're nicely made items that function well.

Thanks for the feedback, always nice :) the spring can be fitted by placing a suitably sized washer inside the master cylinder. Do you still have the spring or you need a new one?

New here.. Be gentle :-)

If fitting the mono on the 696, can the existing OEM passenger rearset remain in place?

NO  but buy the removable passenger ones. Usually 4 bolts total 2 per side.

Max is in Italy this week but yes
http://www.spider.bo.it/site/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/spider2-036.jpg
RRP is £270 for the rider pegs (a bit more if you want fold-up pegs/levers) and £105 for the passenger/exhaust brackets. Max will be able to give you a decent discount.

Hi Rhinoman, I have a set in stock at the moment but as Il Presidente says I'm in Italy at the moment, back on the 1st August. If you need info & prices feel free to drop me an email at info@desmoperformanceparts.com I have to put in an order next week whilst I'm here as they'll be closed in August so if you need the passengers bit soonish I'll happily add them to the order :) thanks, Max :)

Usually you'll need to be comfortable replacing the rear master cylinder banjo bolt (and bleeding the brake) since almost all rearsets have no provision for the oem brake light switch, so you'll need to fit a hydraulic one.

Max do you have a pic of the rearsets incl. passenger ones fitted?
Will the position of the pillion pegs be materially different?

Cheers

I'm afraid I havent, but you could always volunteer for the modelling shots :D
Jokes aside the passenger pegs are in the same position as the originals..

The Galluzzi Monsters need a pressure inline switch, while the second generation Monsters have the provision for the OEM switch.
