EVO rear brake master cylinder

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement master cylinder for the rear brake of an EVO? I don't really want to fiddle with a seal replacement kit, but rather want the whole unit. Am I at the mercy of Ducati OE parts or is there another source?

Just FYI, Original part was £44 from P&H. I was expecting worse! Many thanks for help.
