New part no for this is 59210152A
you can order them from
www.stein-dinse.biz
or
http://www.kfm-motorraeder.de/cms/en/genuine-spare-parts/ducati-spare-parts?itemid=59210152A
However probably easier and faster to call Louigi Moto and order and pay on the phone

Do the new part no. ones come with a alloy nut instead of plastic? Worth checking as the plastic ones tend to crack and leak fuel over the engine, or so I'm led to believe!

That's right they are prone to cracking the plastic retaining nut due to two reasons, one is over tightening , the other is that the heat cycles that the nut is exposed to tends to render the plastic brittle, which don't help if you are already over tightening. I didn,t know that there was an aluminium nut version though, that's useful to know.

Thanks mate, got the sorted.
Anyone know the recommended torque ?

Just close up the nut snuggly, then give it another "nip". All you are doing is squeezing up a rubber O ring.

Yea, there was someone on here Capo maybe? Who had sourced some replacement alloy nuts, but I checked mine and it already had one fitted, so I can only assume that it came like that.
