Not sure I want to, but is it possible to get the calipers powder coated?

And with powdercoating is it possible to pick out detail in another colour?

Yes of course they can. But you will need to strip down and get new seals. Paints easier.

Or you could just buy my gold ones ;)

Why would i want gold ones?

Unless they are Brembo M4's. But I would definitely paint them.

No not getting the Diesel, I think that looks horrible.

But I might do my calipers in black and then get the Brembo bit in red.

Hi Jonzi,

There's a guy in Heathrow that stove enamelled my(your old) footrest hangars, Eltec, he does powder coating as well. I've used him a couple of times, he's very good, a nice bloke, and a biker to boot so very sympathetic to biker's reqts. He can take a while to get things done but he does a very good job. If you want to use him I could drop off and pick up the bits on my way to work. I also had a caliper for my GB500tt rebuilt and painted by a company that specialise in calipers, will have to check the receipt for their name, but they were good as well.

Thanks,

There's a company near where I live that I've used recently and seem to be decent enough

Might go in tonight and have a word with them.

Got some radial master cylinders to put on and new lines so might as well do it all at the same time.

I love a caliper rebuild session.

Thing is I would stove enamel them instead. More shine to them and better heat resistance
