It's a simple process of choosing what you might prefer between 4 available options. I haven't chosen my weekly shop for that week yet, but I'm happy to decide what I would like for an evening meal :)
I didn't realise you were going this year Rob, be good to catch up.

Why bother to comment in the thread if you won't be eating at the hotel?

Guy;s sorry didn't mean to highjack the thread, I will STFU, I would love to come for the whole weekend however I don't have the time, but even if I did I would not be ordering my supper 3 months in advance

Oh Rob, you really do like to be difficult just for the sake of it, don't you. As UKSurfer said; it's a simple matter of choosing what looks most appetising to you from the selection offered; as if you were choosing your meal for tonight. Does the 2 month gap really matter to the chooser? No. It does however, make a huge difference to Alan and other organisers, as well as the hotel itself.
Bear in mind too, that asking us all to complete a form one day means that Alan will almost certainly have to spend weeks chasing us all to actually complete it. It's a tedious task that isn't helped by unnecessarily contentious remarks.
Alan, apologies for the tardiness, you will have mine today.
