Hey lads
Searched the forum and google can't find an accurate answer at my questions.
So maybe somebody in here could help me out.
I have the chance to get 2 front rotors for free which are 330mm off an 2010 DUCATI STREETFIGHTER S 1100.
And I'm willing to upgrade the 320mm ones on my 2008 monster 696.
Will the offset be the same as my original discs?
It is possible to use the street fighter rotors without changing the brake callipers?
What size spacers will I need to use to lift the callipers for the 330's to make them fit?
Any help its greatly appreciated!

Not a simple change, Streetfighter uses a 5 bolt disk and the 696 uses a 6 bolt disk, 696 disks are 10mm offset, the Streetfighter is 15mm if I remember right.

Spacer would need to be 1/2 the diameter change in the disk.

Forgot to mention the front wheel of my 696 is actually off 796 monster with 5 holes disc. I just want to go from 320mm to 330mm if there is a direct fit(offset wise) which only needs spacers for callipers to rise them.
Thanks for your answer

Dunno about spacers but it may be as easy to change the bottom of the upside down forks

so 330-320=10 (diameter change)
10/2=5mm caliper spacers

(i would however take careful note of any advice given by those who've already performed this mod)

Any idea which Ducati has 330mm discs with 10 offset?
Cheers

I used http://www.discacciati.net to make me custom brake disks, they are fully rebuildable too so you can order new rotors and replace just them when they get thin.
