The perfect thing

I have been looking for some time for a lightly elasicacated strap with a hook one end to go in the end of my frame rail and some form of loop or hook to go in the D-ring at the back of my throwover panniers, to hold them back and in neatly.

Found these in black complete with adjustable buckle....The perfect thing...:biggrin:
