YES.....I believe they are all the same fitments after circa 2001

I think an S2R is less bulky where it meets the tank, but not sure.

I do know that S4 and 620ie are interchangable, and that the 620ie seat is a little lower than the S4. so you can chose your seat hieght within a little by swapping seats between the two.

I have a spare 620ie seat in very good nick if it is any use to you?
