Afternoon all,

I am looking to get a new metal bike store for my back garden. Nothing too big. Seen a couple of good ones around and wondered what you guys use, or if anybody has had any experience with them. It will only be for my bike.

Cheers !!

They may be secure but I suspect the condensation in cold months will be horrendous. if you get a cold snap followed by a mild spell the insides will run like a waterfall. You will spend more time mopping up the condensation than tinkering with your bike.

Lots out there, I haven't needed one as all my houses have had garages but I agree you need to secure your pride and joy and to be honest some of these look better than a garage:

Wow. They are exactly what I am looking for. I think I can put up with the condensation for what it is.

This is the one I am looking at:

Wonder if any manufacturers will be at the bike show ????

Make sure you attach it firmly to the ground. Some thieves would just lift the whole thing and thank you for packing it up in a nice container!

For the prices I'd consider a proper brick or block built thing.

I would have no idea where to start with a brick one, or how much it would cost. My plan is to attach It through concrete flags. It's a good fair distance from where you could get a wagon anyway.

My local Ducati Dealer (Riders of Bristol) offer a winter storage and service deal that works out at quite a resonable price. Your pride and joy is cleaned and stored in dry warm conditions and then serviced before you pick up in the spring. Might be worth see if your local dealer offers the same kind of thing?
