I'm hoping to get my 93 Monstro mot'd soon, and am looking towards where next.
I'm considering a pair of clip one and rear sets. The question I'm asking is what size (diameter of forks) am I after? Also is there a set of rear sets available that keep the standard road shift? Having three bikes set up 'normally' but one race shift would end in a blown gearbox!!

Thanks all!

Forks are 50mm.

AFAIK all (or most) rearsets have the option to keep standard shift? Usually supplied with a longer pushrod or an extension rod for the OEM. Certainly I have had 2 sets for mine and both are configurable either way, simply by 'flipping' the lever on the gearbox input shaft.

If you're interested I have a set of silver anodised 'Style and Performance' rearsets that I bought new and used for about 2000 miles that I don't need any more - In virtually new condition with the option of standard or race shift setup.

I got these clip ons of an old SS http://www.ebay.it/itm/COPPIA-SEMIMANUBRI-NERI-BLACK-HANDLEBARS-DUCATI-50-mm-NUOVI-ORIGINALI-/381034153130?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_101&hash=item58b767c4aa

They look the dangles! (quite low though)

Dukesdesmo, thanks for the info.
I do like the look of yours but I'm probably going to have to give them a miss I'm afraid. It's been a tight month with trying to mot the Monstro and the car is currently having a service as well...
I'm more in the thinking and considering stage at present!
