What is it? Single front disc, 1 x coffin type master cylinder, oil cooler, carbs?

It looks as base was what you have Dirty just cooler was added.

Early days there was a 600 and 900 not more. When 750 arrived they already had master cylinders on left side.

I could probably be ok with one if I did not use it in London traffic in hot summer.
With current engine build I was having small issues in traffic jam at 27+C (temps of 130C were minimum Grim days).
