Was poking around the bike today and realised the plug lead to the rear cylinder has a chunk out of it.

It doesn't appear to be effecting it, but I'm thinking of changing it before I get caught out in the rain.

Unfortunately I didn't have time to whip the coil off to see how the other end is terminated, or even if it's possible to remove it from the coil, so was wondering if somebody cold let me know so I can do some internet research tonight on stuff like Taylor leads etc.

It's a 1997 M900 (Carb) by the way and I believe the coils to be standard.

Thanks

Nasher.

Standard detachable type - I put NGK Racing leads on mine with the plug cap integral to the lead

Thanks DrD, but is that push in, screw in or something different?

I had to buy standard HT leads and cut them to length. They screwed on.

They screwed on.

Many thanks:thumbsup:

That's what I needed.
