It is time to sell my Supersport and move to a new bike, maybe the Monster 821. My wife is about to have a baby and where we have moved for the arrival of the baby there is no garage so I will sell first and then plan a purchase later in the year or next year.
The bike is a 2005 Supersport and the only modification from new is a pair of Staintune exhausts. It was fully serviced by Forza Italia back in April this year; this includes cam belts change and a pair of new tyres (£765 total cost).
There is paperwork on servicing going back 5-6 years and it comes with original manuals, all keys and the important security card and red key. MOT is until April'15 and road tax until May'15. It has 18k miles on the clock and have several past MOTs documents.
I will be putting the bike in gumtree and autotrader for £2200 but for UKmoc members, I can accept £1800.
Now, for my fellow UKmoc members, a warning on what is not perfect: the seat is teared and there are some holes; it seems to be a small leak at the base of the tank (I have been told by the workshop that it can be fixed); the bike fell back in July so you will see scratches on the fairing; the rev counter glass is scratched; the pipe on the right has a dent (these faults can also be seen on the photos).
