dont quote me but i think it depends on the year i think if the 750 is a hoop it wont fit but if its the later linkage rear sus i think it will best wait till someone who know better chimes in

certainly the ohlins DU321 fits the later 750 and s4 but it might be right that the earlier model with the hoop type suspension wont fit
