WDW 2014 T-shirts

A short run of T-shirts to mark this year's trip to World Ducati Week is about to go into production.

Printed to a very high standard on premium quality Gildan cotton shirts, in the usual range of sizes (see below), these will ONLY be available to those attending the event.
We've gone for white, cos its gonna be hot. (but if there's time I may tie-dye mine...let me know if you want yours chucking in the bucket at the same time).
Price is £13.50 ea. which covers us for a free one for the 100hp club, and maybe a spare for latecomers.
This doesn't include postage as I plan to bring them with me and hand them out. (pm me if you need an alternative arrangement).

Time is tight, so an early indication of numbers/sizes required would be nice.

Tbh, an earlier design idea might have enabled some shirts to be printed in the same overall design but without the WDW 2014 bit, so non-attendees could have had something similar, but we chucked that one out at the committee stage.
After all, part of the reasoning is that it is supposed to be a bit exclusive.

I like the nice clean designs, but I'm wondering why the green in the Union Flag?

Yes, points taken.
But, its only a limited run of shirts and, introducing blue into the mix in order to do both flags would have meant an extra print screen and there are already five, so it would be difficult to keep the cost down on such low quantities.
I guess its not too late to change the green to blue though and do a proper union jack, since the same screen would be used, but you lose the "coming together" bit then.

Incidentally, although its not shown on the pics, the green will be in "half tone" ie a matrix of dots rather than a solid colour.
This is to allow the shirt to breathe better in the hot weather.
The red was going to be the same but I was advised that it might come out looking pink, so we just left it as the green, which will be a darker colour to compensate for the lightening effect for the dots.

Well to be honest, I was thinking that it'd be kinda nice to use the leftover green dye that Dirty has after dyeing his cambelt covers, but......

I whimped out of the tunnel run the other week (many apologies guys, after your hard work an' all) and so I didn't pick it up as planned (for the second time, actually....:twak:.).

But.....I may have to buy (:cry:) some black dye to do my sprocket cover, so it might get black.

..and maybe blue as well.
..then again now that I think of it, a splash of yellow might sit nicely with that too.:idea:

I was only allowing my thoughts to wander to excess on the tie-dye idea.
Wasn't proposing extra individual colours.
But ok, I'll scrub the tie-dye thing until after the event......or maybe buy two and just dye one.
Uniformity was probably one of the objectives (maybe not the only one, but worth maintaining nevertheless).

Part of the reason for this psychedelia fetish is that I went to a gig last night.
The band consisted of former members of Country Joe and the Fish, Big Brother and the Holding Company, and the Steve Miller Band, amongst others.
So today my head is in California.

Yep, either of those will be fine.
I'm still pondering how best to sort out payments but I'm thinking that cash on delivery might be the easiest way all round.
English pounds might be best, but euros will do if that's all you (or buzzbomb) have.

Yes Max, but I'm making my own way there and back. Will be seeing family on route so hence doing my own thing.

Happy to pay when needed so long as my shirt is given to Buzzbomb, then I'll collect it from him please.
