Has anyone got any pictures of how the flyscreens fit tot the 2001+ Monsters?

I have a screen, but no brackets. I know there are issues with them flapping at speed, but getting the thing on first would be a good start.

Also, where would be a good place to find the paint code for the Ducati Red for a 2001 Monster? The screen I have needs a colour change and my seat cowl could do with a spruce up.

The screen on mine just bolts to the subframe with a bolt each side, there is a threaded hole in the subframe but its a pig to get on and it does wobble a bit, so I don't know if I'm missing any bits myself.

Is that the official Ducati factory part?

Can't you get the Ducati Corse variant with "Go faster" logos?

If you can wait till tomorrow I'll take a photo of the S4Rs.

As for paint codes, what colours you after?

I'm looking for the red used in 2001.

It'll be a PPG colour, which will be in the monster bible and is listed as anniversary red 473.101 (pls check before applying any colour.

Basically onto the headlamp support brackets

Oh, and don't worry about them flapping at speed, I've "tested" mine above 3 figures and it seems ok

I found that mine doesn't wobble around so much now I fitted some stays between the bolt at the bottom and the screen fixing bolt. Can't think what they were called but Spareshack used to sell them but they closed down, maybe somewhere else would sell them?

The only problem I have with mine now is that the screen lifts a little bit at speed but its only held on by those 2 bolts which can work loose.

Cheers! I'll be having a shot at a test fitting this weekend (if the weather holds out). Anniversaity red. Yes, that sounds right.

BTN, many thanks!
