Hi all,
just had the Termis fitted and now its time for the tail tidy to be done.
Looking at the back of the bike now I'm guesing that the original number plate isnt going to fit betwen the Termis.
Have any of you guys and gals fitted a 'show plate' to get around this and if so what size is it and anybody you would recommend for the pipe itself ?
Lee.

Lots of ebay sellers doing plates. I got myself a cheap full size one for my MOT there.

I've always had either 7x5's or 8x3's on my bikes. It's the font of the letters/numbers that the police are more interested in rather than the size of the actual plate itself.

And if you do get stopped, engine off, gloves off, lid off and be polite. You can talk your way into, or out of, trouble in all walks of life. But especially when dealing with traffic police!

Number plate's are covered by the vehicle construction and use act, rather than the road traffic act which means that it's at most a fine rather than points on your licence.

8x6 I use with the evotech. Nothing looks wrong never been stopped questioned or MOT fail.

I use these

Like AB said its the font not the plate size, 8x6 can carry a legal font.
