Failed attempt to upload a zip file

The other day I managed to make a simple recording of a song which I wrote a couple of years ago, about my M750.
I have it as an MP3 which is downloaded to my laptop as a zip file......whatever that might mean (I'm not hip to the computer age).
I tried to upload it to the forum using the attachments icon (paperclip) but got the following message......

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.
If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

Can anyone help ?

Probably unrelated but I think there is also a size limit as well Jeff

It appears to be 9.0 MB.

Email me the zipped file.

I will put it in to a shared folder that people can go to and retrieve a copy.

Do it soon though as I go on holiday soon!
