Hi guy's and gal's, I have a bit of a dilemma and would like to ask for your advice, having owned my present 748R( read 853 ;-) )for a good few years now, I love her to bit's, she brings a smile to my face when ever I open the garage door, and I always stop and admire her, plenty of mods and loving care has been lavished over the years. but age, and age related problems mean I am getting a bit too uncomfortable on the bike and has brought me to the conclusion that I need a change.
My wife has a 696 and I have great fun out on it, but I would like a bit more power, so my thoughts are drawn to the following three bikes.

796, 1100 or the 1100 Evo.

I am not keen on the new 1200 as I prefer the air cooled engines being on display.

So thoughts and advice please :mand:

Chris.

The 1100 s is great and have had one for 5 years. Personally the 1100Evo is better all round imho. Not that there is much in between.

No dilemma... M900. Simple:mand::mand::mand:

Seriously - I had similar thought processes - rode an S2R + S4R but fell in love with the M900. Loving it.... and no regrets. Suggest you go and play and let your heart rule your head. ... Good hunting. Steve

Agreed, however I have a 916 and find it more comfortable than the Monster...

I have had an M900 and I know have a M1000s definitely prefer the 1000 much smoother more responsive I suppose that's the difference between a carbie and injection good luck with your decision.

Down to Italia Moto and test ride everything you can get your hands on Chris. The only way to make your own mind up.

Defo will be popping into Italia for a few test rides :mand:, already been out on the 899 Panigale, a lot more comfortable the the 748R, but cost is to much :mad:, but really would like the simplicity of going back to air cooled, but in a more sit up style, so the 900ss wuld be a no go and watercooled engines really do need to be behind a fairing, so the streetfighters and the new 1200 monster are a no go for me.
