Just wanted to say what a cracking day it was yesterday. Yes the weather was lovely, yes the event was slicker than a slick thing on a slick day (great job Liz/Stafford!), and yes I was gobsmacked and overjoyed in equal measures that you voted my M900 project for an award (its first outing since the rebuild and my first time back on a monnie for 4 years !), but more than anything it was just so nice to be back on a monster (first time in 4 years and the first outing on my M900 project bike), and to be amongst a bunch of people who's company I enjoy immensly - both old faces and new.
I've just wrote a piece for slob for consideration on the MCN monster article, and looking through my old UKMOC photos over the last 12 years just really bought a smile to my face - everything from weekenders, IOW trips, a WDW jaunt, and track days.
Here's to many more happy monster memories !
