New Owner

I have recently purchased a 696, I am fairly new to riding and did not bond well with my first bike which knocked my confidence (A wee bit too heavy). Since getting the Monster there has been no holding me back and I am loving it.

Hope that there is loads of knowledge on here to help me along keeping my bike in tip top condition also hoping that I don't have to ask to much or to often.

Hi Helen,

The 696 is a great bike to inspire confidence - low and light and with brilliant handling. I love mine.

I'm probably not the right person to ask about keeping a bike looking tip top as I commute all year round on my bike - ACF50 helps a bit - but it's starting to show its mileage (32,500 since September 2009).
