Hi all
I am a new member, picked up a 2004 S4R on friday last, all i can say is WOW!! what a fantastic bike. She is all black & very beautiful.I am looking forward to a few good rides around the south of england now that it has stopped raining.I find myself just standing with a cup of tea in my hand just admiring the exquisite engineering etc.One of the best things is the low seat height as i am a bit of a short arse at 5ft 6ins,most of the other big bikes i have tried just seemed a bit too tall & top heavy in comparison.Looking forward to moto gp at the weekend & seeing how Cal Crutchlow gets on.

Hi and welcome to the club.
Used to have a 998 S4R and it was fantastic and a real beast of an engine.
If you open up the airbox the noise is amazing.

Real monsters can be anything they want to be. Even little piggys or helicopters according to the 'experts' ahem ahem

Traditional monsters are air cooled, perhaps that's a statement that might get some concensus
