Advice welcome!!

My S2R800 is needing a new chain and sprockets soon - should I look at replacing them with OEM parts or use an Afam set (stock gearing) or consider something else?
It feels as if there might be benefit in lowering the overall gearing - what is the experience of other owners after having done this? Any benefit in hard anodized alloy sprockets?

mines much better with lowered gearing fitted ,I used a renthal hard anodised sprocket two teeth up
