Moto Rapido in Winchester have test ride bikes.

Ducati roadshows coming up at Moto Rapido on Saturday 15 March and Snells (Alton) Sunday 30 March with test rides including 696 and 1200 Monsters - I think you normally have to pre-book the test rides.
