I'm up for this but the Mrs has decided I'm going to her mothers on Boxing Day......

So in the interests of peace to all men, I'd better give it a miss.

Had a great morning at the Pied Bull. Met up with loads of old faces from my old club The Bexley Gropers !
Some great bikes and a few AJS,s, two monsters that I did not recognise ?

will post some photos up when downloaded.

Glad the weather held for you Alan. Hopefully the AJS hunt will be a good one.

The weather was very good and a great turn out.

I went to see a 1955 AJS 350 single, nice original condition !
I need a bit of advice before I buy, will go to Kent club meet first.

Sounds interesting. Best idea getting good advice on that sort of age bike. Rally seems to have a few vintage mates pardon the pun.

Hanging on my lounge wall for many years now has been a picture, cut out from a 1970s magazine and framed, of an exceedingly beautiful 1962 AJS 350 16C.
That one is in trials trim, and is one of the prettiest bikes of its type that I've ever seen.
I don't actively lust after one, but its been a kind of latent passion for ages.

Damn you Kenties, buying up all my icons.
First its Albie with his XT/TT Yamahas and talk of a new Norton.
Now this.
I wouldn't be surprised if one of you doesn't start building a Seeley framed Kawasaki triple too.

What advice do you need ?
It's old, it might not work. That's covered it….
