Ebay supplier of small qty metals .. recommended

If anyone is looking for small quantities of ally barstock, or possibly other metals too, look no further than this guy.

I bought nearly a metre length of 13mm hex ally, and the price was much better than anything I've come across before.
Unfortunately, he sent 16mm in error, but promptly sent the right stuff after I'd got in touch.
Furthermore, despite my offer to return the wrong stuff, or paypal him a few quid and keep it, he insisted that I kept it free of charge.
It doesn't get much nicer than that, so I think he deserves a full recommendation.
And his prices are really good too.
Highly recommended.

It's not too bad a price with free postage, and if you get a free bit thrown in that's even better. :chuckle:

I just got some 25mm aluminium bar from The Aluminium Warehouse.
I had to get 2 meters minimum order but it wasn't much more than the short bits on ebay.

use mallard metal supplies myself, top notch material - possibly priced to match but they have stainless that's easy to work in lathe
