Where is the oil coming from?

So I still have the small oil leak.

If engine is off it is not leaking, just when engine is running and it needs to get to running temp before it starts getting moist.

I have already replaced rocker inspection cover seal.

Remove the rocker cap again, wipe the gasket and the joint faces dry, give both sides of the gasket a smear of 3 bond sealant and give the four bolts a dab of sealant too, then screw it up evenly. This should eliminate the rocker cover altogether as the source of the leak.
