I always thought that the whole of Wales (North of the M4) is a racetrack?

But looking at that BBC article. The picture at the top, left hand side, looks like the small Kart track?.
They should have made that the Big Track !

The Article states all motor racing championships will use it except F1, has anyone read where BSB, WSB, Moto GP have done deals to race there ?
Hope it goes ahead, but still can't forget the farce that sent Donington bust, trying to bring F1 to it

A bespoke, modern built, racetrack is almost guaranteed to attract the big races from two or four wheels.

I for one will be investing in a burger van just down the road for when it's finished.

So if I buy a house there in say two or three years, can I complain?

A kebab van might do more to support local sheep farmers. ....see link above.

I read that as meaning it will be built to the standard required of every Chshp except F1

So if I buy a house there in say two or three years, can I complain?

It has an MX track so I think you would be legally required to.

Even if they put this track there it's a dismal wasteland, you wouldn't want to live there!!

BSB have already said they will go there. It looks like a great circuit with great roads around it as well. Bring it on!

Well it's one of the few places where building a noisy race track is likely to raise house price values :)
