The last of the carb’d models with adjustable suspension front and back
High level termi’s – dynojetted to suit – sound nice without being too extreme and it runs nicely
Rev counter
LED indicators integral to front mirrors & unchopped tail
New belts, oil & filter, air filter, fuel filter and spark plugs on 1/6/2013 at 17,200 miles
No oil leaks, smoke or engine rattles (other than the dry clutch obviously!)
Plenty of life left in the brakes, chain and sprockets.
There is evidence of a battery having let go at some point in its life, with some scarring to the frame paint on the left hand side but not so bad that I felt the need to do anything about it
New Michelin Pilot Road 3’s 100 miles ago (chicken strips still intact!) and they really are as good as people say
17453 miles
MOT until July 20th 2014 (no advisories)
Taxed until 31/08/2014
A nice unmolested M900, by no means mint but ready to ride away with no work required. Change of circumstances forces sale. Feel free to pm me with any questions

SOLD

Cheers,

Andy

Could anyone offer any advice on where this should be priced please, as given the lack of interest so far, I guess I've got it wrong. Or is it something else?
Cheers,
Andy

I must have missed this first time round.
Not that I'm after one myself.
I wouldn't have thought you were far off the mark with the price though.
Its not too molested, has a few decent mods, not too many miles and new PR3s.
I'm surprised you've had no interest.
Maybe if the price began with the magic single digit.....say 1950 without the ono .....it would make a difference ?

Or keep it of course.
I would.

Nice ally swingarm on those too.

Andy,

I would have thought you would be Bob-on with the price, room for a little haggling, looks to be a clean bike.

Good luck with the sale.

Hi Andy
its about right maybe not priced for a quick sale, I have a 900ie on here for less money but has just over 30k on the clock. mine has loads of extras costing loads of money plus all the standard parts if they want to put it back to original.
If you still have the standard indicators mirrors and bits it may be worth saying in the post.
Good luck with the sale
(if mine does not get any takers in two weeks I will sell all the bling bits and bike as standard apart from its paint)

I dunno from what watch on fleabay I'd say it would reach £1600 to £1800 auctioned. It's a bike buying bonanza out there. Worst time to sell a bike and best time to buy is now

Time of the year has a big play in what people are willing to pay.

Thats around what I paid for my '98 M900. As said earlier, it's a buyers market this time of year.

SOLD to a fellow club member, who I'm sure will be along soon to reveal himself (once Chas Mortimer drops his new pride and joy off with him)!

Thanks to you all for your help and interest.

Andy
