The big shut down is on Sunday. They are just doing a central London thing on the Saturday which won't affect E14/E16

Or Greenwich park has a tea place (not cheap) and a great view.

Both need nice weather though as no inside

Why?

Not sure about bike parking in the park ( will check it out) but the tea hut you can park where you sit. It's kind of a given in terms of choice of venue for me. I rarely park my bike out of my sight anywhere now!

There's a big bike bay right next to the cafe in Greenwich park.

There's also Victoria park, by the lake Cafe there but again not sure about parking. Might be able to swing by tomorrow or Friday & have a look.

As much as I would love to come and join in with festivities, Im taking part in the Ride100 very early on Sun morning. So if any of you are around, please come and cheer me on. My start time is 0730 so i dont expect any of you will be awake, maybe just getting ready to go to bed, but I should hit the Mall at around 1430, so any UKMOCers there to cheer me in would be amazing.

I can recommend the irradiated Dartford chicken Rob. Would have tried some myself but was already full up with burgers and sausages. Thanks for hosting the BBQ it was a nice afternoon. Great to see everyone today. I'll remember to bring my hovercraft next time.
