Hi all, with all the hot nights in London recently, do you think that a tunnel run should be in order? May be ends in Bar Italia in Soho?

I was in Soho on Monday and imagining what would be like when 20+ monsters reving their engines :mand:

Anyone?

It'd be rude not to. :)

Possibly, depending when.

I am thinking may be next Saturday night or even Sunday night if possible...

I'm up for a tunnel run, though busy next weekend I think. And while its nice to end up in Soho in the evening at Bar Italia, while the weather is this good the city is packed busy. I think the morning runs have proved better.... but I'll come along to whatever!

mmm would love to however weekends are really busy and i go on holidays in August, so time is limited, what about a late evening during the week, 8pm??

yantheman

hmm... I guess depends on how many people can make it, week day evenings or weekends also good for me. How about next Friday evening? 8pm would be good I think

I did a late evening cruise round London one evening last week after work (8-ish) and it was frickin' ace. Kept getting lost, mind, as I don't know the place.

Yeah, so I shall start a list... and its now set at Thursday 25th July at 8:00pm south side of Chelsea bridge. I don't know the route so hopefully someone will come along and lead the ride.

Please add your name to the list

I missed the last tunnel run earlier this year so I'm up for this. I think ending at Bar Italia is a bad idea though, especially on a Thursday night, it will be too busy.

I still prefer the option of a early morning run, it will be much nicer and hardly any traffic.

Wicked... btw we don't have to stop at the westend, may be brick lane and curry after? Any other suggestion?

yantheman

Yeah... Bar Italia and monsters :mand: but we don't necessarily need to go there, may be we can decide on Thursday before we start the run. Anymore tempted to come along?

That was great fun! A lovely evenings blast through the traffic to the sound of Italian V twins. So funny when the American contingent turned up only to find we'd taken their parking spot!

It was great to see you all last night! Awesome run :D

Here's the route we did... I had a GPS tracker that did the job, I got a bit lost at certain stages of the ride, hehe.

Not quite the route Funkatronic and I took :) gave me a chance though to get a personal demonstration of exactly the difference between an S2r and a restricted M600 off the lights! Turns out it's very big difference :)

slob, you appear to have lost at least one letter and a bracket down a bottle of beer or something.
