Printing album covers

Would anyone here be able to help with above or suggest a good place?

Urgent request as my GF is trying to prep demo albums to send out/give away rather soon.

Is that just printing something that already exists OR designing and then printing.

We seem to have a huge range of talents here who could probably manage both.
