Heat Warning!

Here's a top tip for all owners of 'comfort' gel seats. Don't leave them in the sun! I did this yesterday before riding out wearing Jeans. The seat retained the heat and it built up in my tender regions :grump: - I ended up riding motocross style to keep cool. Really - it was so hot it hurt.

It is advisable not to burst the blisters ;)

Has been unseasonably warm though, I've found I need to be at mid seventies to feel comfortable. Where has our typical miserable summer weather gone??

Found this out the hard way about 4 years ago

First summer I used a gel seat on the trike - make sure I park in the shade if possible now

Well at least when it cools down you'll have somewhere nice and comfortable to rest your scalded nether regions :)

Mine heated up and burst everwhere ..... really not nice .
Wont bother with a gel seat ever again thanks lucky for me my bums huge and is a great cushion!
