Hi,
Yesterday I had to take my front wheel out to change the tyre.
looked on line for some information and how to's.
My advice is to remove the brake pads, as this creates much more space inside the calipers in getting the calipers off , and making the front wheel removal and installation much easier.
It might take a little more time, gives you a chance to have a proper clean and inspection of the pads and pistons, but makes it much easier on wheel removal and refitting.
