Hi Guys & Girls

I had an old 60mm Evolution Carbon Akra off my Z1000 that got damaged years ago.

I decided as Akrapovic can't be bothered to make anything for the 1100 evo I would make my own.

I cut 8 inches off the can as it was broken after I binned the Zed on a trackday.
So cut it down as it also looked crap full length on the evo ;)

Sourced a link pipe from the Arrow slipon can off ebay Italy. (will only fit 60mm slipon Akrapovic cans but also comes with a handy extension bracket to fit the Akra :)

Arrow link pipe/collecter 71452MI inc bracket.

Anyway
Pics below.
Please don't tell me how it needs twin stacked cans as I prefer singles as it's neater and lighter.

Regards
Rick

Might flog my Remus to fund a Hexagonal Akra Can.

Likey likey.

Looks great as a stubby. I bought a pair of exhausts to chop down a couple of months ago. Your pics are a nice kick in the butt to remind me to get a move on with them!

I like that! I think it would look great with a Tri-Oval.

It sound lovely
A bit louder than the remus but much bassier

Not sure how long a carbon sleeve will last on a big pulse twin but can find a ti
Can if i have to ;)

Rick

That looks just right - I'm looking for one at the moment and there's only the Leo Vince which looks a bit bulky imo or the Remus which I've had before. Can't find anything else half decent.

Yep, another likey likey from me too.
I've always liked the look of a single, low slung can, and I would've gone that route myself if I hadn't been offered some cheap, ti, hi-level termis.
The can pressures were what bothered me too, so please do post up your findings.
And agreed ...why have two cans if one will do ?
