Abba Stand

Does anyone use an Abba stand on an early monster?

I've got (well the GF has) a 2001 M750, we've got an Abba stand and the correct fitting kit, but the pipe from the rear brake master cylinder to the brake fluid reservoir gets in the way.

If I could turn the master cylinder up side down it would be toppers, but it doesn't seem possible.

If your bike looks like this? This is my bike and you can see that I swivelled the hose backwards to give clearance and it's ok to do that.

I use one on my M600, I've not had any problems of clearance from the rear master cylinder. I think what zhango has said should be similar to yours.

I temporarily unbolt the master cylinder from footrest hanger and push it out of the way

The Abba stand clears just fine after doing that on my 900ie

Had a look this evening, turned the pipe and moved the master cylinder back a bit, all sorted, many thanks for the help
