id almost almost forgotten how to ride my bike but listening to the music my wee beastie makes still makes me grin like an idiot :biggrin:

apologies if i bent your ears bex and thuli, didn't feel like i stopped gabbing for ages. goes to show what hibernation does to a me ;-)

2013 might just be a good year if i manage to spend more of it with my friends

The tank shop do some amazing work but the guy that owns it is even more temperamental than me and his lead times can be very long, so I would suggest you talk to Rich at TA Baker, not expensive and quality you will not beat.

Contacted them, they said that sadly they do nothing for Monster and can't help.

Now I have 3 options.

1. Risk tank shop, wait a year to find out if it will happen.
2. Make custom one so expensive (exploring option)
3. Buy another steel one, weld around joints and paint.


For option 3 any one knows of a undamaged steel one for sale at good price? I only see damaged and slightly damaged one's on eBay.

¥162,000 is ONLY £1,100 so probably about £1600 by the time you've got it here and been stung for VAT and duty.
