I've read a huge amount of his stuff, always seemed even-handed and clearly loved riding bikes. Very sad indeed :(

Oh no.
That is indeed a sad loss.
I always had the greatest respect for his work, and the feeling that he must've been an all round good guy, as well as intelligent and knowlegeable.
I have a drawer full of his TechWatch articles cut from many years of MCN.
Thanks, Kev....you'll be greatly missed.

He was a respected and quality journalist who really knew his stuff. I always enjoyed his test reports in the weekend Telegraph. He was always enthusiastic about Ducatis but not to the detriment of other brands.
He will be much missed.

I have his book 'Ducati People' and it is a good addition to your library.
The loss of Kevin following the loss os Mick Walker in 2012 is a real blow.

A real shame, a great writer who could hold your attention. I really enjoyed his Telegraph column.
RIP Kev
