Ahh we'll think my plan has hit a snag, I was on the understanding the exhausts were the same from the udder back??

For stock parts the numbers are the same for S2R800/1000 and S4R. Still the same number for S4RS, but ending with a B instead of an A (whatever that means).

What is your plan and what seems to be the problem?

I think it works out that the S2R800 and the S4R's share the same parts but the S2R1000 is unique.

I have a pair of arrow link pipes, I have a full arrow system.

The link pipes were from an S4RS, my bike and arrow system (2005 s2r 800)

Was going to use my DP de cat then the new link pipes to my arrow twin stack. But appears the pipe diameter is larger on the s4rs?? They should fit a standard udder from an S4rs, hence me thinking they would fit my 800.

Sorry that's the best I can put it!!

The problem is your larger diameter S4RS DP mid/link pipes - so it seems... Correct?

Standard aftermarket mid/link pipes for an S2R 800 should make this come together (?)

Make very sure the S-pipes you have are the correct diameter to fit against these stock size mid-pipes!!!

The de cat fits perfect as is for the 800, it's just the link pipes I bought.

The link pipes are a larger diameter to the DP decat.

Let's start from the beginning. (English not my first language)

Header pipes (bolted on the heads) - stock, right?
Midpipes/de-cat (from headers and back under footpegs) - DP cat-less, right?
S-pipes/link pipes(?) - Arrow? - too large against the midpipes, right?
Arrow cans - will they be too large against a pair of stock S-pipes?

If this is the case - aren't the Arrow cans and S-pipes wrong? Or do they rely on the rest of the system also being Arrow?

the S4RS and S4R Testastretta use 50mm pipework

all others are 45mm

Boom Ali, there's my issue :(

What a pain in the arse, least if I do change to termis eventually I can sel it as an arros full system or Carbon slip ons for an s4rs!

Cheers stopintime I appreciate the efforts, English is my first language and I was struggling to understand what I was trying to explain!!!!

The stock pipe on the Testastretta is 45mm still - only with the full Termi system does it go up to 50mm.

As fair as I know the only difference with the early S4R and later S4R Testrastetta / S4RS is the exhaust manifold fittings so the two systems are not interchangeable.

I did a lot of messing around trying to get a full system for my RS recently so this is all still fresh in my mind. :)

Does anyone stock any Arrow exhaust parts as I'd like the complete front section for an S2R1000?
