Weather looked great so I booked a day off work to go for a nice ride , 5 miles down the road and my S2R felt a bit strange, pulled over to investigate, rear tyre flat with huge hole, PR3 only done 1500 miles. bugger bugger bugger. prob have to wait til spring for another nice day.

Got to make you wish you'd either got a cheaper tyre or maybe an Avon, I think their guarantee might have replaced that pretty much FOC

A pain, no doubt - but at least you were able to pull over and investigate; you could have been sliding down the road!!

I had my rear plugged !!! and noticed the other day, after a 100 miles or so it has left a hole in the tyre, is that normal ? its not going down just seems a bit odd......

I had the front plugged on an earlier set, the plug should stand proud until worn down to the rest of the tread. Definitelty not a hole!
