have 'made' a couple of sets now (easily possible from one 'kit') and I would thoroughly recommend the product considering the average cost of getting them made for you. You even get a couple of neat cylindrical aluminium cannisters which you can eventually use to store your finished earplugs in. ( Colour is purple rather than blue as shown)

Wildfire, take the plastic bolts, apply heat and pour or drip the runny plastic into ear.
Once set remove, it helps to have waxy ears to aid in this removal.
There you go, custom ear plugs
