M1100 Evo - Clutch Pushrod.

Following a recent dead simple 5 min job that I hamfistedly cocked up I need to remove the clutch control rod to check it is true.

Is it ok to just pull the rod out? I mean, there isnt anything gonna fall off the other end necessitating a complete engine strip down (cos on my current form, anything seems possible :banghead: )

I'm thinking it should be fine? There will be two o-rings a third down the rod on one side - best replace these if you remove the rod, they dont seal that great anyways, any further messing with them can result in seepage. :mand:
