Well when I say I have a new bike I actually don't but only coz its not here yet:banghead: which is hardly surprising as I only paid for it 10 minutes ago.

I agree that the photo appears to be of a Desmosedici GP11, although I could be wrong having never been close to one. I also may be mistaken, but as Casey had left Ducati when the bike was introduced there is unlikely to be a Stoner version. So if it's not the slow one with a 46 on it then it must be the even slower one with a 69 on it ;)

Based on the 1861 > 2011 >> tank decal I think the photo is of a GP11. The decal on the screen indicates that it's Nicky Hayden's bike.

Clearly my brain is still at home, SunEye. The front end section pic are both very similar (GP10 - GP11) but clearly the 1981 - 2011, is a bit of a giveaway.
