As some of you will know by reading the Groombridge thread or by being there. Heather and I got engaged While at the Groombridge Bike,balloon and ferrari day.
We had a great day and it was nice to be able to toast our news with a few friends after.

What fab news! Big congrats to a wonderful couple. I think the photos are incredibly special and made more so that you have shared your happy news with your friends on the forum.

3/9/2012 is our 30th anniversary, married in 1982 aged 26. Met in '78 when her brother, who was a mate of mine, was killed on his motorbike. Almost lost the old girl a few years back to Acute Myeloid Leukeamia. But after a bone-marrow transplant and some horrible chemo and she beat it.

She'll be sulking in the morning though. No present for her, just some Waitrose flowers and a card. I'm saving my cash for an 848 Evo Corsa SE. :chuckle:

Being married is great, enjoy it!
